Deliveries / Returns

Shipping And Handling
http://www.ibuydarts.com only ships to the United States, all prices shown on the website do not contain tax. (Taxes will be applied during checkout process).

Delivery Schedule
We process and take payment for your order immediately, and aim to ship within 24 hours provided that receipt of funds is confirmed. Your order should reach you within 3 - 4 working days. After 7 days, if you have still not received your order after we have notified you that it has been shipped, please call us on 330 733 7714.

Returns Policy Overview

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ibuydarts.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us by e-mail at sales@ibuydarts.com for further details, or call us on 330 733 7714.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds may be issued, at the discretion of ibuydarts.com for the following items: • Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery. • Any item that has obvious signs of use. • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same, or for a different item, please contact us to arrange. You will need to return the original item before we will ship replacement. Goods should be returned to the following address;

Only items returned by prior agreement with ibuydarts.com will be processed, so please make sure that you contact us for approval before returning your goods. Please include your full contact details with the goods.

* Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our office.

How it works…
Once you have chosen the product you wish to buy, click on the ‘My cart’ icon. This will show you a complete list of items in your shopping cart, including product name(s), price(s), quantity ordered, and total cost including tax. You are given the opportunity at this stage to modify your order if necessary.

Once you have chosen the products you wish to buy, click ‘Proceed to checkout’ icon, and select either ‘Xpress checkout’ (you are not required to register) or ‘Register’.

You will then need to fill out shipping information as prompted, including your zip code and your State. Then click ‘Continue’.

Select shipping method – the default is set to ‘Standard Shipping’, via US Mail. Click ‘continue’.

Select payment method and continue.

Next, check that you agree with Terms and Conditions, and click on the "Place Order" icon. Then follow the instructions given. This is the final step in completing your order. You will be connected to a secure server. Simply fill in the information on the form and click on the "complete order" button. We recommend that you print your order page.

Please Note: If you contact us with a change in shipping address, or if you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be subject to a charge reflecting the charge the shipping carrier imposes on us. There will be no charge for orders cancelled prior to shipment.

We currently offer shipping only within the United States.

If you choose to pay by credit card, you will remain within the secure site operated by ibuydarts.com, although your payment will be administered by Paypal. You may charge your purchases to any of the following cards: Master Card, Visa, Amex or Discover.

The Billing address you enter must match the Credit Card billing address, although you may ship to any address of your choice.

If the wrong information is entered, our Authorization Service will refuse the order. We will contact you by email if there are any problems.

If ordering using a credit card you will receive an order confirmation We will confirm automatically receipt of your order by e-mail. We will also send you an e-mail as soon as your credit card information has been confirmed and your order has been shipped. (usually within 24 to 48 hours). A copy of the invoice will be enclosed with the shipment for your records.

Pay Pal

We DO NOT accept personal checks as payment for any order.
Any personal check received as a payment will be returned to the customer via 1st class mail and the order will go unfilled. Neither do we offer a cash-on-delivery option. Provided you are willing to wait 3 – 4 days for US Mail delivery, all orders over $60.00 are shipped free within the United States. There is a shipping charge of $2.99 on all orders valued at less than $60.00. There is an additional charge on some heavier items such as dart boards which will be itemised on your shipping documents.

If you require overnight guaranteed delivery you will be required to pay a charge to cover the cost, as calculated during the order process.
