Delivery Schedule
We process and take payment for your order immediately, and aim to ship within 24 hours provided that receipt of funds is confirmed. Your order should reach you within 3 - 4 working days. After 7 days, if you have still not received your order after we have notified you that it has been shipped, please call us on 330 733 7714.

Returns Policy Overview

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ibuydarts.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds may be issued, at the discretion of ibuydarts.com for the following items: • Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery. • Any item that has obvious signs of use. • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same, or for a different item, please contact us to arrange. You will need to return the original item before we will ship replacement. Goods should be returned to the following address;
